Uthhan Gift Card is issued to you by Uthhan-Empowering Artisans .
Upon successful purchase of the Uthhan Gift Card , the 10 digit alphanumeric Uthhan Gift Card number will be sent via
email to the registered email ID. Once issued, the Uthhan Gift Card can neither be cancelled nor returned to Uthhan for
any reason whatsoever.
Uthhan Gift Card are redeemable only at Uthhan Ecommerce location for making purchases only from the Uthhan
Store who has issued the e-gift voucher. For details about the Uthhan-Empowering Artisans products and
locations, please visit uthhanecom.gergstore.com or the voucher email sent to your registered email ID or
please contact Uthhan-Empowering Artisans directly.
In order to redeem the Uthhan Gift Card at Uthhan Ecommerce website, you have to provide the 16 digit Uthhan Gift
Card number sent to your registered email ID or phone number. We are not liable in the event you share the 16 digit
e-gift voucher number and/or OTP with any third party.
The Uthhan Gift Card once issued cannot be re-loaded.
The Uthhan Gift Card can be redeemed multiple times till the time total balance is utilized. In case the value of purchases
being made is higher than the value of Uthhan Gift Card , balance amount is to be paid through other prescribed modes of payment as
may be provided by the merchant.
Multiple Uthhan Gift Cards can be redeemed against a single invoice.
The Uthhan Gift Card will be valid for a period of 3 ( Three Months) from the date of issue.
For any balance related enquiry, an email / SMS can be sent to contact details mentioned on the purchase page
or Uthhan Gift Card email sent to your registered email address.
Uthhan reserves the right to amend or revise these terms and conditions at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
Multiple Uthhan Gift Cards can be redeemed against a single invoice.
Any dispute arising under this arrangement, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
Uthhan Gift Cards once issued cannot be cashed out, cancelled, refunded or transferred.
The Uthhan Gift Cards can be redeemed online against products listed on uthhanecom.gergstore.com only.
You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Uthhan Gift Cards. Uthhan is not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
Once Uthhan Gift Card has been sent to you, you are bound to protect the Gift Card number as confidential. In the event of any misuse of the Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser,Uthhan shall not be responsible for the same and no refund will be issued.
There is no fee or other charges associated with Gift Card purchase.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit. The Cash on Delivery payment option cannot be used to pay the balance amount.
You can only purchase 100 Gift Cards in a 30-day period and the aggregate value of the Gift Cards purchased cannot be more than Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) in a month. Purchases exceeding these limits shall be cancelled automatically.
